What We Did

Suzuki QLD has been working with featurist since 2015. During this time, we have been engaged to provide a wide range of services.

We were originally providing support and management services for Salesforce Pardot.
We assisted Suzuki QLD in managing data, creating landing pages and user training.

Upon performing a review of the Pardot platform, we identified that it was not the right fit for goals and day-to-day requirements of the organisation. featurist performed a market scan and identified a shortlist of suitable Marketing Automation platforms. 
The chosen platform was SharpSpring, as this platform offered a combined CRM & Marketing system. We implemented the platform and successfully completed the migration of data.

Suzuki QLD has engaged featurist in an on-going relationship to provide assistance with managing the marketing automation platform, as well as to provide services and advice for their digital marketing efforts.

These ongoing services have included:

  • Development of Landing pages to support digital campaigns and event activations.
  • Creation of segmentation lists and automation rules within SharpSpring.
  • Development of SharpSpring rules which perform lead assignments using territory management rules.
  • Development of Email templates and Landing page Templates.
  • Addition of tracking scripts to all online presences.
  • Integration of online campaigns with the Marketing Automation platform.
  • Ongoing Staff training and platform maintenance.
