The journey was required so that Retire Australia could use it as a base from which to identify and stress-test improvements to their online sales channels and marketing activities.
featurist successfully ran a full day journey development workshop. Using the insights elicited from the team, we developed a Service Blueprint for the sales process across their retirement village communities, as well as the new apartment sales.
The blueprint captured all touch-points between Customers and Sales, as well as the back-stage interactions occurring with the Marketing and CRM platforms.
